Support

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Decove is built and run by one person — Edoardo Sorrenti, Viale dell'Arte 46, 00144 Roma, Italy. That shapes what support looks like here: mail reaches a human rather than a queue, and the answer is sometimes “the app cannot do that” rather than a workaround.

Getting in touch

Abuse, safety, or someone’s behaviour abuse@decove.app — reviewed within 24 hours. Reporting from inside the app is faster and carries the content itself, so prefer it when you can still see what you are reporting.
Your data, or a privacy request privacy@decove.app
Anything else, including these documents legal@decove.app

Reporting and blocking

Inside the app, every post, reply, direct message and profile can be reported from its overflow menu (long-press, for a reply or a message). Any person can be blocked from their profile, from Settings → Blocked, or from the prompt that follows a report. Blocking is immediate, needs no one’s help, and is not disclosed to the person blocked.

Because Decove is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot see content and therefore cannot scan for it. A report is how something becomes visible to a human at all, and the report carries the content with it, sealed so that only the reviewer can open it. This is described in full in our Privacy Policy and Terms.

Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation are published at decove.app/child-safety.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, immediately, from inside the app — and also from the sign-in screen if you can no longer open it. The full instructions are on the account deletion page.

Two things we genuinely cannot do
